From transportation and hotel arrangements to bilingual assistance, every step of your visit is organized to help you focus on your treatment and recovery.

Pre-Treatment
How to Prepare Before Your Appointment
One of our patient coordinators will reach out to you the week before your treatment to answer any questions you may have.
The doctor will be available to answer any questions.
Last-minute questions you may have regarding your treatment.
You will be sent pre-treatment instructions that consist of medications you need to suspend, like:
- Anti-inflammatories (NSAIDs)
- Blood thinners
- Steroids
- H2 blockers (Pepcid)
- Others
Patients must SUSPEND Alcoholic beverages and smoking for at least ONE WEEK before and after your procedure.
If you GET SICK the week before your treatment, please let us know so that we can accommodate or reschedule.
If you wish to increase the amount of Stem Cells from 25 million to 50 million, or add exosomes, you need to inform us with several days' notice. This is to let the lab know and assure your cells will be ready on the day of your treatment.
Before You Travel
What You Need to Bring
Traveling to Mexico is easy; you only need your valid Passport.
To re-enter the United States, you and your companion need:
- Passport
- Birth certificate
- Valid Driver's License
Bring all your regular medications, and if you take any controlled substances/medication, please bring the prescription bottle; otherwise, they may be confiscated at the border.
Recovery
After Treatment

Patients are monitored for at least 30 minutes after treatment to ensure stability. - Mild Side Effects
Nausea, chills, dizziness/lightheadedness, and low-grade fever may occur, usually resolving within 24 hours or less. - Fast Return
Many patients can return home the same day, although some procedures may require two days.

Follow-Up
Support Beyond Treatment Day
Patients receive post-procedure instructions with symptoms to monitor, when to call for evaluation, and when to restart regular medications.
The patient coordinator follows up after treatment, and the broader process also mentions a 6-month follow-up.
